Start with a Discovery Call
We learn what you want to improve (energy, sleep, stress, metabolism, healthy aging) and confirm whether we’re a good fit.
Complete Intake & Health History
You’ll fill out a structured intake (symptoms, routines, medical history, medications, goals). This helps us personalize your plan.
Review Labs (if available)
If you have recent lab work, we review it through a functional lens. If not, we’ll discuss what to request from your provider (optional).
Get Your Personalized Plan
You receive a step-by-step roadmap: nutrition priorities, lifestyle habits, and (if appropriate) supplement suggestions tailored to your needs.
Follow-up & Adjust
We track what changes, what improves, and what needs tuning — then adjust your plan to keep it realistic and effective.
